Seli Overseas is the tunneling specialist for the TBM assembly and tunnel excavation on site. The alluvial soil underneath the water table and, moreover, the highly urbanized area, the big TBM diameters, the partial soil excavation in the stations and the very low overburden make the project extremely complex.
