Since 1950, SELI – Società Esecuzione Lavori Idraulici – has been taking engineering expertise exactly where it matters most: beneath the surface, into the deepest ground, and under the most complex conditions.

SELI – Webuild Group – is a company specialized in the construction of tunnels for complex infrastructure projects. We work with clients all over the world.
 
In 75 years, SELI has excavated approximately 100 tunnels, totaling 846 km of galleries across 32 countries. This work has significantly contributed to the development of water, energy, sustainable mobility, and urban infrastructure across five continents.
 
In 2014, SELI evolved into SELI Overseas, initiating a new course focused on foreign markets and establishing a broader collaboration with the Webuild Group (known at the time as Salini-Impregilo).
 
Since its origins, SELI has distinguished itself through its ability to tackle challenging terrains and complex projects. We achieve this by finding pioneering solutions to enhance safety in tunnel work and by adopting a rigorous technical approach.
 
This journey has consolidated unique expertise in ground interpretation, risk management, and the execution of excavations using TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines) in extremely variable environments.
 
Today, SELI Overseas carries forward the technical and cultural legacy of three generations of engineers and technicians, expanding its scope of activity and becoming an international benchmark in mechanized excavation and underground infrastructure.
