Construction Site Safety: Methodology and Continuous Monitoring

Effective safety management is ensured at every Seli Overseas S.p.A. construction site by a dedicated H&S team and the commitment of all our people. Our methodological approach includes:

  • Detailed risk assessment for each specific operational phase.
  • Planning and implementation of targeted workplace safety training activities.
  • Active involvement of all direct personnel and subcontractors, promoting shared responsibility.

Through the adoption of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 45001, Seli Overseas S.p.A. has achieved concrete and significant results over the years:

Seli Overseas S.p.A. participates in the Safety Builders program promoted by Webuild, which aims to foster a strong corporate safety culture based on strengthening leadership skills at all levels of management.

A safety culture in which everyone has the right and responsibility to participate and is not afraid to speak up. Speaking up is expected, both to correct unsafe behavior and to provide positive feedback on safe behavior.

As an integral part of the “Valyou – Our Health and Safety Way” project, Seli Overseas S.p.A. continues to promote the “Your Lifesaving Rules”, a set of operational and management rules designed to complement the cultural change process initiated with the Safety Builders program and to encourage active involvement.
