Rainwater drainage to prevent flooding in Hong Kong during the rainy season.
This tunnel work was carried out using a Telescopic Double Shield TBM in the very hard granites characteristic of the Asian metropolis, with the job being completed on time.
§In this project, SELI Overseas confirmed its unique experience and expertise in rock tunnelling using shielded TBMs.
In Hong Kong alone, this was the fifth project successfully completed by SELI Overseas since 1990.
